Are you Licensed?
Yes. Driven Direct is a licensed Private Hire operator with the Wokingham Borough Council operating as Driven Corporate Travel. Our vehicles are comprehensively insured for Hire and Reward with a reputable insurance provider. Which means that we are insured to carry passengers for commercial purposes.
Which areas do you cover?
We operate from Thames Valley Park in Wokingham, M4 J10. We cover Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and London, and have the facilities to transport you to any location across the UK.
Which airports do you cover?
The majority of transfers we undertake are to/ from London Heathrow and London Gatwick, City Airport and Stansted. We are happy to meet you at any other airport in the UK, with affiliates as standby at all times.
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes. Our drivers are licensed and comprehensively insured for the purpose of conveying passengers, as are our vehicles.
What type of vehicles do you offer?
All vehicles are supplied to a high specification and are complete with effective and up-to-date safety features. All vehicles have comfortable leather seats, ample legroom and storage space. Smoking is prohibited on board all vehicles so you can expect a pleasant ambience, and clean interior. How much booking notice do you require?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place your reservation as soon as you have the firm dates and times for your proposed event or travel. We suggest that you book your reservation at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible, to guarantee availability. However, we understand that unexpected travel needs do occur and we will make every effort to meet last minute requests.
Can you accomodate last minute bookings?
Yes, we can accommodate last minute bookings on the day of travel, but this is subject to vehicles being available. Priority is always given to advance bookings, so wherever possible you should try and book in advance to guarantee a vehicle.
